The $20 VIP fee covers your consigner fee and supplies. Consigner fee is $10 plus $10 for supplies- hangers, safety pins, tags, etc.

The Consignor check will be emailed to you at the end of the event! Simply log on to your Consignor account and verify your email address. You'll be able to print your check to either do a mobile deposit, or take to your bank!
You will either receive the passes from your VIP processor or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.
That's up to you! You have option to donate all unsold items or pick up at the end of the event. If items are not marked for donation, you MUST pick up any unsold items during Consignor Pick-Up immediately following the event. The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
We love clothes, shoes, baby gear, toys, books, etc! All baby gear MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the item has stains, food, pet hair or odors, we will not accept it. VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS! All clothes and shoes need to be seasonally appropriate for this event. A detailed list will be available on the sign-up Google form. All clothing should be in style, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). No stains, holes, or excessive wear. If you have outfits, please fold them so your VIP Processor knows what goes together. If you have items you would like bundled, please fold them together so your VIP Processor knows. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. We will accept car seats with a manufacture date of February 25, 2021 or later. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date. Car Seats must be VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standard (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you. So please, check your items carefully before handing them over to your VIP Processor. Remember, neat and clean items sell better!
You will coordinate pick up/drop off with your Processor. Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.
All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, in style, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). We WILL accept: tank tops, swimsuits, flip flops and sandals, holidays such 4th of July (Our event is past Valentine's Day and Easter this year), lightweight coats and jackets, jeans, long pants, long sleeve shirts/t-shirts, hoodies, lightweight sweaters. We will NOT be able to accept for our Spring/Summer sale: Winter coats, puffy coats, Ski pants/gear, snow boots, heavy sweaters or wool sweaters, Christmas or winter-themed items (moose, reindeer, bears) or plaid applique. Gloves, winter hats, winter scarves, and accessories. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween-themed clothing regardless of brand, corduroy or flannel items, turtleneck items, or sleds. Clothing needs to be clean and odor-free. If items have been in long-term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes, or excessive wear. We do not accept prom/formal dresses. NO LONGER ACCEPTING: Breast pumps unless they are wearable. No DVDs or CDs. Any bedding outside of crib sheets and twin/full sized child appropriate patters. Again, tf you have outfits or items you would like bundled, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together.
You may consign up to 250 items (outfits or bundled items will only count as one item). We recommend a minimum of 50 regular items or 15 high ticket items to make VIP consigning profitable for you.
Recalled items Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that DO NOT function. VHS Tapes, DVDs or CDs Owlets Used Underwear Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals, or themed Characters such as Disney, Lego, Pixar, etc.) Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn. Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts. Bags of loose toys unless theme-oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, all Legos etc.) Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers Breast pumps unless they are wearable Bedding other than crib sheets and twin or full sized kid oriented patterns High chairs that do not have straps We cannot accept these clothing brands: Faded Glory Child of Mine No Boundaries Garanimals Bobbie Brooks Jordache And 1 We do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
